Aykutkoksal provides design consulting and creative thinking services, including visual strategy, brand identity development, and project support. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement for each engagement.
We commit to delivering services with professional care and expertise. You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and access to relevant information to enable project completion.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the effective date. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
